Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy regulations, and security standards. Manage cloud data platforms such as BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake, or Azure Synapse. Design data models and schemas optimised for analytical and high-performance workloads. Implement data quality monitoring and automated alerting frameworks for pipelines. Education and Experience Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is essential. Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams and matrix organisational structures. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex challenges. High degree of professionalism, integrity, and alignment with organisational values. Minimum 35 years of progressive professional experience in a comparable role. Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven, dynamic environment. Strong command of Python, R, SQL, and data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
