Position: Senior Data Engineer We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Senior Data Engineer to deliver excellence across key functions. Scope of Responsibilities: Work with stakeholders to define data requirements and translate them into analytical solutions. Document data architecture, lineage, and metadata management practices comprehensively. Present analytical findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders with clarity. Design and maintain end-to-end data pipelines, ETL workflows, and analytical models. Develop and validate machine learning models ensuring scalability and production readiness. Ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity through validation and governance frameworks. Collect, process, and analyse large datasets using statistical and machine learning methods. Identify trends, anomalies, and patterns to generate actionable business intelligence. Competencies and Qualifications: Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Strong command of Python, R, SQL, and data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
