Present analytical findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders with clarity. Develop and validate machine learning models ensuring scalability and production readiness. Design and maintain end-to-end data pipelines, ETL workflows, and analytical models. Identify trends, anomalies, and patterns to generate actionable business intelligence. Collaborate with data engineers and business teams to provide clean, reliable analytical data. Qualifications and Requirements: Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams and matrix organisational structures. Minimum 35 years of progressive professional experience in a comparable role. Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven, dynamic environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is essential. High degree of professionalism, integrity, and alignment with organisational values. A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage. Strong command of Python, R, SQL, and data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
