Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Develop NLP, computer vision, and deep learning solutions for complex AI use cases. Build A/B testing frameworks and experimentation infrastructure for product teams. Implement data quality monitoring and automated alerting frameworks for pipelines. Train, evaluate, and deploy machine learning models across classification and regression tasks. Develop scalable data engineering pipelines to ingest, transform, and serve data. Design data models and schemas optimised for analytical and high-performance workloads. Manage cloud data platforms such as BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake, or Azure Synapse. Publish insights, model performance reports, and data science findings to leadership. Required Qualifications: Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Strong command of Python, R, SQL, and data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
