Scope of Responsibilities: Develop and validate machine learning models ensuring scalability and production readiness. Document data architecture, lineage, and metadata management practices comprehensively. Apply predictive and prescriptive analytics to solve complex business challenges. Design and maintain end-to-end data pipelines, ETL workflows, and analytical models. Work with stakeholders to define data requirements and translate them into analytical solutions. Collect, process, and analyse large datasets using statistical and machine learning methods. Maintain and optimise databases, data warehouses, and cloud-based data environments. Collaborate with data engineers and business teams to provide clean, reliable analytical data. Competencies and Qualifications: Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Strong command of Python, R, SQL, and data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
