Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Manage cloud data platforms such as BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake, or Azure Synapse. Build self-service analytics capabilities that empower business teams to explore data. Build A/B testing frameworks and experimentation infrastructure for product teams. Train, evaluate, and deploy machine learning models across classification and regression tasks. Implement data quality monitoring and automated alerting frameworks for pipelines. Design data models and schemas optimised for analytical and high-performance workloads. Develop NLP, computer vision, and deep learning solutions for complex AI use cases. Publish insights, model performance reports, and data science findings to leadership. Required Qualifications: Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Strong command of Python, R, SQL, and data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
