Coordinate internal events, meetings, town halls, and corporate functions. Support HR with onboarding coordination, documentation, and administrative tasks. Maintain accurate and confidential records, files, and document management systems. Provide administrative support to multiple teams and senior executives simultaneously. Manage and coordinate daily administrative operations, calendars, and correspondence. Key Skills and Qualifications: Critical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate insights into clear actions. Recognised qualification in the relevant professional field at the undergraduate or graduate level. 5+ years of experience with demonstrated progression in scope, complexity, and responsibility. Sound understanding of organisational dynamics and stakeholder management in complex environments. Effective presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas with clarity. Advanced competency in analytical tools, reporting platforms, and role-specific technology. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, calendar management tools, and office administration systems.
