Position: Seasonal Admin Temp - Special Assignment Clerk We are currently recruiting a results-oriented Seasonal Admin Temp - Special Assignment Clerk to strengthen our high-performing team. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials for management and stakeholders. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and communications professionally. Ensure the office environment is maintained to the highest standards of tidiness and safety. Process invoices, expense claims, and coordinate with finance on billing and payments. Support procurement of office supplies, equipment, and facilities management activities. Maintain accurate and confidential records, files, and document management systems. Coordinate travel, accommodation, and logistics arrangements for senior leadership. Support HR with onboarding coordination, documentation, and administrative tasks. Required Qualifications: Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, calendar management tools, and office administration systems.
