Monitors community sentiment and escalates issues to the appropriate team for resolution. Moderates user-generated content and enforces community guidelines to maintain a safe space. Collaborates with the content team to create community-driven stories and campaigns. Tracks engagement metrics like reply rates, active members, and sentiment scores. Manages Facebook Groups, Discord servers, Reddit communities, or Telegram channels as needed. Organizes virtual events, live sessions, and community meetups to deepen brand connection. Reports community health metrics and growth trends to the social media strategy team.
