Position: Culinary Services Supervisor Join our forward-thinking team as a Culinary Services Supervisor and play a pivotal role in our continued success. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Support the recruitment, onboarding, and capability development of team members. Monitor KPIs and provide analytical insights to support management decisions. Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment and effective communication. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of projects. Identify process improvement opportunities and lead efficiency enhancement initiatives. Conduct audits to ensure adherence to applicable best practices and standards. Ensure timely delivery of all assignments while maintaining highest quality standards. Represent the department in cross-functional forums, workshops, and leadership reviews. Required Qualifications: At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
