Represent the department in cross-functional forums, workshops, and leadership reviews. Ensure timely delivery of all assignments while maintaining highest quality standards. Develop and execute departmental strategies aligned with organisational goals and priorities. Monitor KPIs and provide analytical insights to support management decisions. Education and Experience Requirements: A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage. Minimum 35 years of progressive professional experience in a comparable role. High degree of professionalism, integrity, and alignment with organisational values. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex challenges. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is essential. Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven, dynamic environment. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and relevant digital tools.
