Position: SAP BW HANA Consultant We are on the lookout for a well-rounded SAP BW HANA Consultant to contribute to our operational and strategic priorities. Scope of Responsibilities: Identify process improvement opportunities and lead efficiency enhancement initiatives. Support the recruitment, onboarding, and capability development of team members. Ensure timely delivery of all assignments while maintaining highest quality standards. Maintain documentation and uphold organisational policies and compliance standards. Monitor KPIs and provide analytical insights to support management decisions. Represent the department in cross-functional forums, workshops, and leadership reviews. Develop and execute departmental strategies aligned with organisational goals and priorities. Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment and effective communication. Competencies and Qualifications: Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting.
