Position: Global Customer Experience (CX) Advisor A dynamic organisation seeks an experienced Global Customer Experience (CX) Advisor to take on a multifaceted and impactful role. Main Accountabilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of projects. Conduct audits to ensure adherence to applicable best practices and standards. Represent the department in cross-functional forums, workshops, and leadership reviews. Maintain documentation and uphold organisational policies and compliance standards. Ensure timely delivery of all assignments while maintaining highest quality standards. Identify process improvement opportunities and lead efficiency enhancement initiatives. Participate in strategic planning and contribute to departmental roadmaps. Support the recruitment, onboarding, and capability development of team members. Essential Skills and Experience: 4+ years of experience with a demonstrated track record of growth and professional impact. Superior writing and communication skills with experience preparing executive-level documents. Strong project management capabilities with experience in agile or structured methodologies. Collaborative, proactive, and able to operate effectively with minimal supervision. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality deliverables. Knowledge of applicable regulatory frameworks, industry standards, and compliance requirements. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and relevant digital tools.
