Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of projects. Develop and execute departmental strategies aligned with organisational goals and priorities. Maintain documentation and uphold organisational policies and compliance standards. Represent the department in cross-functional forums, workshops, and leadership reviews. Skills and Qualifications: 26 years of relevant industry experience with evidence of increasing responsibility. Bachelor's or master's degree in a related discipline with strong academic and professional credentials. Demonstrated teamwork skills and the ability to build trust and rapport across functions. Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, or quality frameworks applicable to the industry. Willingness to travel, adapt, and take on additional responsibilities as the business demands. A structured, results-driven approach with the ability to meet defined milestones consistently. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and relevant digital tools.
