Support the recruitment, onboarding, and capability development of team members. Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment and effective communication. Ensure timely delivery of all assignments while maintaining highest quality standards. Conduct audits to ensure adherence to applicable best practices and standards. Maintain documentation and uphold organisational policies and compliance standards. Professional Requirements: Willingness to travel, adapt, and take on additional responsibilities as the business demands. Hands-on experience with tools, software, and platforms standard to the profession. Bachelor's or master's degree in a related discipline with strong academic and professional credentials. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills across all organisational levels. 26 years of relevant industry experience with evidence of increasing responsibility. Demonstrated teamwork skills and the ability to build trust and rapport across functions. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and relevant digital tools.
