Conduct audits to ensure adherence to applicable best practices and standards. Represent the department in cross-functional forums, workshops, and leadership reviews. Skills and Qualifications: A structured, results-driven approach with the ability to meet defined milestones consistently. Demonstrated teamwork skills and the ability to build trust and rapport across functions. 26 years of relevant industry experience with evidence of increasing responsibility. Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, or quality frameworks applicable to the industry. Hands-on experience with tools, software, and platforms standard to the profession. Willingness to travel, adapt, and take on additional responsibilities as the business demands. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and relevant digital tools.
