Position: Client Services Manager - Performance Join our forward-thinking team as a Client Services Manager - Performance and play a pivotal role in our continued success. This role provides exposure to strategic initiatives and direct collaboration with senior leadership. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Conduct audits to ensure adherence to applicable best practices and standards. Maintain documentation and uphold organisational policies and compliance standards. Represent the department in cross-functional forums, workshops, and leadership reviews. Support the recruitment, onboarding, and capability development of team members. Participate in strategic planning and contribute to departmental roadmaps. Ensure timely delivery of all assignments while maintaining highest quality standards. Monitor KPIs and provide analytical insights to support management decisions. Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment and effective communication. Required Qualifications: Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and relevant digital tools.
